How do I process an order on Alidrop?

Alidrop syncs with your store and all your orders automatically appear on your Shopify Orders Tab.

Once an order is placed by your customer, you must process the order in Alidrop by following these steps:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not click on the fulfillment button on Shopify. Clicking request fulfillment will break the sync between your store and Alidrop.

Log in to your Alidrop account
Select Shopify Orders from the toolbar on the left
Check the details of the order to make sure everything is correct.
Click on Checkout > Confirm to pay for the order using the credit card on file.

Once you have placed the order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation and the supplier will be alerted to start fulfilling your order.
