1. Handling Out-of-Stock Products

When a product is out of stock or no longer available, choose how you want AliDrop to handle it:

• Do Nothing:
  • AliDrop will not make any changes to the product status.
• Set as Draft:
  • The product will be set to draft status, making it invisible to customers until restocked.
• Set Quantity to Zero on Store:
  • The product’s quantity will be updated to zero in your store, indicating it’s out of stock but still listed.

2. Handling Missing Variants

When a variant is out of stock, you can choose from the following actions:

• Do Nothing:
  • No changes will be made to the variant’s status.
• Remove Variant:
  • The variant will be removed from your store entirely.
• Set Quantity to Zero on Store:
  • The variant’s quantity will be updated to zero, indicating it’s out of stock but still visible.

3. Handling Variant Inventory Updates

When there is an inventory update for a variant (if the quantity is greater than 0), choose what AliDrop should do:

• Do Nothing:
  • No updates will be made to the variant’s inventory in your store.
• Update to Store Automatically:
  • The variant’s inventory will be updated automatically in your store to reflect the new quantity.
